On-device first
Bokedex is designed to keep analysis on the device.
The app currently does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or a remote account system for the main dog analysis features.
What the app may access
- Camera: when you capture a dog photo or use a camera-based feature.
- Photo library: when you choose an existing dog photo for analysis.
- Microphone: when you record a bark clip for local audio analysis.
How data is processed
- Dog photos, camera frames, and bark clips are processed locally on your iPhone.
- Local coaching records and related app data are stored on your device.
- The app does not currently upload this analysis data to a Bokedex server for scoring.
Control and retention
- You can remove the app and its local data from your device at any time.
- You can revoke camera, microphone, or photo-library access in iOS Settings.
