Data GoldScope AI May Access

Camera and photo library: used when you capture or import item photos next to an ID card, license card, or calibration marker.
Microphone and audio files: used when you record or import impact sounds for acoustic screening.
Local app storage: used to save scan records, app preferences, onboarding state, and Premium entitlement state.
App Store billing: Premium purchases and purchase restoration are handled through Apple's StoreKit services.

How GoldScope AI Uses Data

To estimate item geometry from user-selected photos.
To analyze impact sounds and produce acoustic screening results.
To save scan history and export reports when those features are available.
To restore Premium access through Apple's billing system.

Processing and Sharing

GoldScope AI is designed around on-device screening. The app does not operate a scan-processing server and does not sell or share scan content for advertising.

Control

You can manage camera, photo library, and microphone permissions in iOS Settings. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
