Privacy Policy

Data and on-device processing

When you use Bowling Coach, the app may process camera video or clips you select, ball and pose tracks, lane calibration points, shot measurements, pin selections, scores, plans, and coaching results. This processing happens on your device. The developer does not receive this content.

Bowling Coach has no developer account system, analytics service, advertising SDK, or third-party tracking. We do not sell personal information because we do not collect it.

Local storage and deletion

Recordings, shot history, measurements, scores, plans, and app preferences are stored locally in the app’s private container. They remain there until you remove them or uninstall the app.

You can remove video while keeping measurements from Profile → Delete recordings, or erase the full local history from Profile → Delete all shots. Standard app preferences and free-tier state are also saved locally on your device and are not sent to the developer.

Camera and media permissions

Camera access is used only when you choose to record a delivery. When you import a clip, Apple’s system picker gives the app access only to the item you select. You can change camera access at any time in iOS Settings.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Bowling Coach reads Apple’s verified entitlement result to determine whether premium features are available. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

Exports and sharing

Nothing is shared automatically. If you choose an export or share action, Apple’s system share sheet lets you select the destination. The privacy practices of that destination apply after you send it.

Children’s privacy

Bowling Coach does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. If you believe a privacy issue has occurred, please contact us so we can investigate.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The date at the top will identify the latest version.
