Files You Scan
Imported files are processed locally on your device for analysis and report generation.
URLs You Scan
If you choose URL scanning, the app makes a direct HTTPS request from your device to that URL to fetch content for analysis.
Reports and Recents
Scan reports and recents are stored locally in app storage on your device.
Sharing
Reports are shared only when you explicitly export/share them. Evidence snippets are redacted by default unless you opt in.
Tracking and Third Parties
Veridicus Scan does not use tracking technologies and does not perform ad tracking.
The app does not require account sign-in for core scanning features.
Children's Privacy
Veridicus Scan is not designed to collect personal information from children.
