Plan tables from your guest list in one step, with a head table and seats kept free. Wendus seats every household, keeps together or apart the people you choose, numbers the seats, and prints escort cards, place cards and a caterer summary by table.
Wedding floor plan to scale, and in 3D
Draw the reception room to scale, start from a listed hall's real size, or import the venue's floor plan. Place round and long tables, the stage, the dance floor and exits, then walk the room in 3D and move or turn tables right there.
Guest list and RSVP tracking
Bring your guest list from Excel, CSV, Contacts or a pasted spreadsheet; guests are grouped into households. Ask for replies by WhatsApp, Messages or Mail, set a reply deadline, and track attending, declined, meals and plus-ones.
Digital wedding invitations with RSVP
Each household gets its own invitation link. Guests on iPhone open it in Wendus, free and with no Wendus account, to see the events, directions, add to calendar and their guest pass, and reply. Replies update your guest list by themselves.
